Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Abergavenny is seeking a Store Manager to drive performance and lead a high-energy team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will own store results, deliver outstanding customer experience, manage stock and KPIs, and coach colleagues to reach ambitious targets across days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

You will recruit, develop and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring the store operates to the highest standards and safety compliance.
