Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics Enterprise B.V. is seeking a passionate retail professional to lead a Rituals store in the United Kingdom. You will coach and develop your team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service, while embodying Rituals culture on the shop floor.

The onboarding programme introduces Rituals and your role, with regular Kick-Off events, product updates, and growth opportunities. Please note you must already have the legal right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coaching and development mindset with a focus on performance from the floor up.

The application process

We’re doing things slightly differently - on purpose. That’s why we’ve designed our hiring process to be fair - and we hope, fun - with a focus on spotting your talent and potential. We’ve also put care into your experience, creating a journey that gives you a clear sense of what it’s like to work in a Rituals store. Next, we’ll ask you a few quick screening questions to check if you meet some key requirements. It won’t take more than 1 minute.

You’ll play a series of short (and fun) games lasting approximately 30 minutes in total. They help us understand how you think, solve problems, and work. No prep needed.

Forget the standard interview; we’d rather let you experience the role. That’s why you’ll be invited to a so-called ‘Discovery’. During this Discovery, you’ll explore the store, meet the team, and show how you interact in real situations.

Time to dive deeper. In this online interview, we’ll explore your leadership experience, motivation, and give you a clear understanding of the role and expectations.
