Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics in Harrogate is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to blend shop-floor leadership with team coaching.

You will partner with the Store Manager on rota planning, inventory control, cash handling, and back-office tasks, while becoming the product expert for a luxury brand and inspiring your team to turn conversations into purchases.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, strong people skills, and pride in delivering our Feel Good Experience.

Qualifications

Similar level of experience in retail or customer service.

Have strong people skills and easily adapt to different personalities - you know how to inspire your team, collaborate with your Store Manager, and connect with customers (whether they're chatty or more reserved).

You’re available to work during opening hours, which include evenings and weekends.
