Role Responsibilities

• Oversee the store operations, emphasizing customer experience, team development, and growth aligned with our 5-year strategy.
• Develop a team that embodies our customer promise and actively seeks to delight customers.
• Coach, train, and develop colleagues, leveraging their strengths and addressing development areas.
• Recruit Assistant Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Assistants who reflect our values and possess the skills to meet business needs.
• Make commercial decisions regarding stock and merchandising.
• Engage with key stakeholders to understand broader business objectives.
• Provide constructive feedback to the store team and management to promote continuous improvement.
