We're looking for a Store Manager to join our store team in Tiverton, Devon!

About The Role

Leading your management team & colleagues in store, you'll run your store like it's your own business - overseeing all aspects of your store's operations from stock to recruitment. You'll have the freedom to think independently, using your commercial knowledge to maximize sales potential in your store.

We don't have office managers at B&M! As a Store Manager, you'll be present on the floor, getting involved and playing a key part in the successful running of your store. Whether it's processing deliveries, assisting customers, supporting with floor moves, or managing compliance, you'll be a hands-on leader! You will work closely with your team, driving them to achieve their best, coaching and inspiring them to reach their full potential — they could be future managers under your guidance!

What You'll Need

Essential:

• Store management experience in a fast-paced, high-turnover retail environment
• Experience managing and developing medium to large teams
• Proven track record of achieving KPIs
• Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and bank holidays
• Experience in FMCG or big box retail is advantageous but not essential
