Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences in-store. You will drive commercial performance, manage payroll and operations, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

You will coach colleagues through the Qualified to Advise training and develop a culture of learning and wellbeing, while collaborating with the Regional Manager to share best practices across the region.

Salary: Up to £31,900 per annum (depending on experience)

What you'll be doing

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences every day.
• Build a culture of learning and wellbeing by coaching colleagues and helping them become trusted health and wellness experts through our Qualified to Advise training which you will also undergo.
• Drive commercial performance by managing sales, profitability, payroll and operational excellence.
• Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising, compliance and health and safety standards are maintained across the store.
• Champion the use of technology to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with your Regional Manager and peers to share best practice and deliver success across the wider region.
