Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Folkestone is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team, deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store performance. The role involves coaching colleagues and undergoing our Qualified to Advise training to enhance health and wellness expertise.

Responsibilities include optimizing sales, profitability and payroll, maintaining stock visibility and health & safety standards, and collaborating with regional leaders to share best practices across the network.

Salary: Up to £23,760 per annum (depending on experience)

What you'll be doing

• Drive commercial performance by managing sales, profitability, payroll and operational excellence.
• Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising, compliance and health and safety standards are maintained across the store.
• Champion the use of technology to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with your Regional Manager and peers to share best practice and deliver success across the wider region.
