B&M Retail in Baglan Bay Retail Park, Port Talbot is looking for a Store Manager to lead from the front and drive results in a high-energy retail environment.

You will own store performance, motivate a team, and deliver a brilliant customer experience every day. Flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and holidays is essential as you steer KPIs, stock, and compliance while maximizing sales.
