Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Abingdon is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver outstanding customer experiences at a high‑performing store. You will drive sales, manage budgets and payroll, and uphold health and safety standards while maintaining stock and merchandising.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching ability, and a customer‑first mindset, with a passion for health and wellness and a proactive approach to business priorities.

Salary: Up to £31,900 per annum (depending on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, inspire and develop a high‑performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences every day.
• Build a culture of learning and wellbeing by coaching colleagues and helping them become trusted health and wellness experts through our Qualified to Advise training which you will also undergo.
• Drive commercial performance by managing sales, profitability, payroll and operational excellence.
• Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising, compliance and health and safety standards are maintained across the store.
• Champion the use of technology to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with your Regional Manager and peers to share best practice and deliver success across the wider region.
