Barnardo's in Aberdeen is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team, maximise sales and ensure excellent customer service at the Aberdeen Danestone Community Branch.
You will be responsible for delivering presentation standards, driving profit, and developing staff, with 35 hours per week on a permanent contract. Join a charity focused on supporting vulnerable children and young people.

You're an experienced people manager; you are creative and resourceful and can use this to generate customer, donor and colleague loyalty. You'll need to be well organised with great communication skills to lead your team of colleagues in store to maximise sales and profit and meet your stores targets.
