Barnardo's in Bournemouth is looking for a Store Associate who can inspire customers with great service, maximise sales, and help drive store performance in a busy high-street environment. As a Store Associate you will support the manager with all aspects of running a busy store, step up to supervise in their absence, and coordinate a small team with clear communication and organisational skills.
