Barnardo's in Swansea is seeking a Store Associate who can deliver exceptional customer service and support a busy retail team. You will help maximise store sales and ensure high standards of presentation.

You will assist the store manager with daily operations, step in to supervise in their absence, and help lead your colleagues to meet targets. The role offers full training, development opportunities, and a clear path to promotion.

As a Store Associate you will support the manager with all aspects of running a busy store, and step up to supervise in their absence, covering days off or holiday leave. It's the best of both worlds as you will have responsibilities but also the chance to develop and learn with an experienced store manager by your side. You'll need to be well organised with great communication skills and ready to learn how to lead your team of colleagues in store to maximise sales and profit and meet your stores targets.
