Job summary

Barnardo's is seeking a part-time Store Associate in the Derry branch to support store operations and deliver excellent customer service. You will work with a store management team to ensure high presentation standards, help drive sales, and learn to lead a team of colleagues on busy days.

The role offers progressive development within a large charity retailer, with training, pension benefits, and a supportive environment to grow your retail skills in Northern Ireland.

As a Store Associate you will support the manager with all aspects of running a busy store, and step up to supervise in their absence, covering days off or holiday leave. It's the best of both worlds as you will have responsibilities but also the chance to develop and learn with an experienced store manager by your side. You'll need to be well organised with great communication skills and ready to learn how to lead your team of colleagues in store to maximise sales and profit and meet your stores targets.
