Subway IP Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to oversee a Subway store’s operations. The role focuses on coaching staff, maintaining service standards and driving sales with effective team management.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in a QSR environment, experience in supervising and training staff, and possess strong verbal and written communication abilities. A-levels or NVQ or equivalent are preferred for this supervisory position.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for team leadership and customer interaction.
• A-levels or NVQ or equivalent, or extensive QSR supervisory experience.

Mansioni

• Maintain business records and analyse records to manage the business.
• Communicate changes of food preparation formulas, standards, etc. to staff.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensure local and national health and food safety codes are maintained, and safety policies followed.
• Recruit new staff members.
• Recognise and reward staff performance.
• Disciplinary action as required.
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales.
• Plan events and promotions.
