Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. Battersea, London, invites an experienced Store Manager to lead a vibrant, creative team at Battersea Power Station.

You will drive sales, service, profitability and loss prevention while developing talent and shaping the store culture to reflect Anthropologic heritage. You will recruit and coach managers, oversee stock, merchandising and standards, and ensure an unimagined customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role in a fast-paced, creative retail environment.
• Proven record of developing a management team and talent.
• Ability to identify problems and implement creative, effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and develop store managers to increase day-to-day productivity.
• Assist with development of the Management team to ensure succession planning.
• Lead performance development including appraisals, coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Uphold company standards and act as a mentor and role model.
• Lead by example to communicate store and company goals.
• Collaborate with Visual Manager to execute store initiatives and floor standards.
