ThruDark Limited is recruiting a Store Supervisor for our new Sentinel House store in the United Kingdom. You will lead the team on the shop floor, deliver exceptional customer service, and uphold the brand standards while driving sales and operations.

The role requires confident leadership, weekend availability, and the ability to work flexibly in a hybrid environment. You will collaborate with the Store Manager on commercial decisions and ensure a safe, welcoming store.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a supervisory or senior sales role within premium or performance retail.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.

Aufgaben

• Lead by example delivering excellent customer service and a positive in-store experience.
• Motivate and guide the team to achieve sales and performance targets.
• Support daily store operations including opening/closing duties, cash handling and stock management.
• Assist with product presentation and visual merchandising to maintain brand standards.
• Manage and resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on commercial decisions and operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming sales environment.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and enthusiasm for the brand.
