URBN seeks a store leader to drive performance at our Milton Keynes location. You will mentor a large team, uphold high customer service standards, and ensure profitable store operations with a focus on development and engagement.

You will oversee daily floors, merchandising, and loss prevention while coordinating with Department Managers to meet targets and implement new initiatives. A strong communicator with a people-first approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage performance.
• Skilled in staff development and succession planning.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of loss prevention and stock control.

Responsibilities
