URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a large team at Midsummer Place Shopping Centre. You will drive sales, service quality, and store profitability while mentoring department managers and ensuring adherence to URBN standards.

You will develop talent, implement succession plans, and roll out training and operational initiatives, fostering a positive store culture and strong community relationships in the local market.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role in a fast-paced, high-volume fashion retail environment.
• Upholding excellent VIBE and a service-oriented culture.
• Ability to positively impact sales, payroll and stock loss metrics.
• Proven track record of developing talented individuals at Department Manager level.
• Ability to identify problems and implement creative solutions (back of house, scheduling, organisation).
• Appreciation and understanding of URBN/Urban Outfitters culture and local market.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing a large team and recruiting, training and developing managers to drive day-to-day productivity.
• Assist with succession planning for future growth and manage performance development and disciplinary actions.
• Model leadership and communicate effectively to conduct productive meetings and roll-outs of initiatives.
• Coach management to deliver excellent customer service and maintain store standards and profitability.
• Guide store operations, merchandising, stock handling and loss prevention to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with store leadership to maximise sales and ensure health and safety compliance.
