• Lead the delivery of the full retail plan across the store driving commercial, operational, visual and people performance.
• Set strategy and direction for the store and ensure accountability.

• Build a high-performance culture through coaching and talent development.
• Use data to unlock opportunity and drive profit, service and efficiency.
• Drive digital adoption and omnichannel capability across platforms.
• Represent the store voice and ensure follow-through on improvements.
• Create an exceptional customer journey with consistent standards and inspiring visuals.
