TGJones is seeking a Store Leader in the United Kingdom to drive exceptional in-store experiences and meet business objectives. You will lead by example on the shop floor, manage teams across shifts and foster a welcoming environment where colleagues feel valued and supported.

You will implement the trading plan, monitor performance with the scorecard, and maintain safety and high standards while supporting development and engagement opportunities for staff.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience with KPI knowledge (ATV, TPC).
• Proven ability to lead by example on shop floor and drive performance.
• Flexible, adaptable mindset with willingness to support nearby stores.
• Strong relationship-building and clear communication across all levels of business.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and engage the team to achieve outstanding standards and performance.
• Review the trading plan with your Cluster Manager and set key actions from the scorecard.
• Foster pride across the store while ensuring safety, compliance and operational excellence.
• Create a culture of learning, support and recognition for colleagues.
