Job summary

Livingston Designer Outlet is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations and coach a high-performing team at our Livingston location. You will create a first-class shopping experience, drive sales, and manage budgets and staffing with a focus on service quality and profitability.

You will collaborate with management to set goals, monitor KPIs, and implement training and coaching programs, ensuring consistent standards across the store and regional meetings.

Qualifications

• Progressive retail experience.
• Store management experience in service or retail.
• Extensive experience delivering high level customer service.
• Experience in retail operations, budgeting, planning, sales and people management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with store management to achieve standards, budgets, SPH, UPT, conversion, wage and expense control, shrinkage, audits and profitability.
• Identify opportunities and collaborate to grow the business or improve performance.
• Foster a positive store experience by treating customers and staff fairly and consistently.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards for sales floor and back room are executed and reviewed.
• Communicate with buying team to ensure stock levels meet demand.
• Analyze store reports and create action plans to improve results.
• Communicate with staff on goals, KPIs, store results, and product sales.
