Job summary

Crew Clothing – Supervisor role at Crew Clothing in Livingston Designer Outlet is looking for a store leader who can drive sales and uphold our brand ethos. You’ll work 22.5 hours per week, supporting the manager to motivate the team and maintain high visual merchandising standards.

The ideal candidate has experience in retail, especially luxury fashion, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while promoting our multi-channel shopping options.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail industry.
• Experience of working in a luxury fashion brand.
• Ability to uphold customer service standards and brand presentation.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store
