Dulux Decorator Centre in Liverpool seeks a Store Lead to drive sales, lead a high-performing team and deliver outstanding customer service across the cluster stores. You will partner with the Cluster Manager to execute sales strategies, manage day-to-day operations, stock, and compliance, and nurture strong relationships with trade and DIY customers.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership in retail or trade environments, excellent communication, and a hands-on approach with a focus on cash

Responsibilities

• Support the Cluster Manager to deliver a culture of engagement.

• Collaborate with the Cluster Manager in the nurturing of a high performing sales team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

• Help ensure stores have the right culture, processes and controls in place.
• 4
• Collaborate with the Cluster Manager in the ownership of the P&L with an emphasis on delivering sales, while optimising margin, cost efficiency & protecting against stock/cash losses.

• Ensure we maintain a market leading service experience for our customer.

• Develop customer contact plans.

• Collaborate with the Cluster Manager to review performance & review trends.
