Job summary

Aldi UK is seeking an experienced store leader to run a multi-million pound store and inspire a team to deliver outstanding results. You’ll be responsible for deliveries, placing orders, and scheduling hours to meet efficiency targets while keeping customers at the heart of operations.

In this role you’ll focus on people management and performance, handle customer queries, and conduct till spot checks, while driving sales, service quality and cost control across the store.
