Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve targets and deliver the required consumer experience.
• Manage controllable costs and efficiencies to improve profitability.
• Oversee day-to-day running of the sales floor during trading hours.
• Plan staffing levels against trading plan and manage rotas.
• Recruit, develop and train a high performing and engaged team.
• Ensure store compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Drive implementation of trading plan including visual merchandising.
