Boots UK is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the shop floor team, coach colleagues and balance great customer care with strong commercial performance. You’ll report to the Store Manager and get hands‑on on daily operations.

You’ll plan rotas, ensure safety and compliance, use reports to spot opportunities and support development. This role offers a clear path to larger stores and broader leadership opportunities.

• Coach, develop and manage the team with regular feedback.
• Plan rotas, manage staffing, and prioritise workload.
• Maintain high store standards: safety, cleanliness and easy shopping.
• Oversee stock availability, cost control and loss prevention.
• Ensure audits and risk assessments are conducted for compliance.
• Use data and reports to identify opportunities and take action.
• Lead the store confidently when the Store Leader is absent.
