Job summary

UNIQLO is seeking an HR Administrator to support store staff in Glasgow, handling end-to-end HR tasks, payroll, and recruitment. You will work closely with Store Managers and HRBP to ensure accurate records, GDPR compliance, and smooth onboarding processes.

We value retail HR experience, strong payroll knowledge, and the ability to communicate across levels while maintaining confidentiality in a dynamic store environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an HR generalist/admin role within a retail environment.
• Good knowledge of HR policies and best practices with hand-on experience in managing ER cases.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee data with strict confidence and keep records up to date on all systems.
• Manage payroll process with great attention to detail to ensure pay is 100% accurate.
• Recruitment process with Store Managers – screening applicants, interviewing candidates, extending job offers and issuing contracts.
• Deliver smooth induction and training for new starters.
