UNIQLO is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to support staff and managers at our Argyle Street store in Glasgow. You will be the go-to HR and admin contact on-site, handling onboarding, payroll, contracts and staff records with confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
Key duties include recruitment coordination with store managers, induction and training, policy communication, ER case handling, and data analysis to identify trends. We offer competitive benefits and a 37.5-hour week.

We are currently looking for an experienced HR Administrator to support our staff members and managers based in our Argyle Street store. You will be fully integrated into your assigned store, i.e. working fully from the store. In this role, you will be the go-to person for HR and admin matters at store level – across general back-of-house tasks, recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, employee relations, policy communication, and more. This role reports into the Store and Area Managers with a dotted line into HR Business Partner, working closely with in-store management team and the wider HR community within UNIQLO UK.
