Job summary

UNIQLO, part of the Fast Retailing Group, seeks a Senior HR Payroll Specialist to join the European HR Payroll team in London. The role focuses on maintaining accuracy, quality, and compliance across Payroll, Mobility and Immigration, supporting expats in EU markets and collaborating with local HR and Finance.

You will lead end-to-end payroll, validate data, manage month-end/quarterly reporting, and contribute to policy improvements within a hybrid London office setup.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll management experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience with expats and global mobility.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• High level of discretion, confidentiality and accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (Workday, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll for EU/UK markets and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with Payroll Partners, HR Managers, and Finance.
• Validate and approve payroll data and manage expat payroll processes.
• Coordinate with tax advisors on mobility and immigration for expats.
• Prepare month-end and quarterly payroll reports for Finance.
• Support audits and governance of payroll processes and systems.
