Dunelm is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor in Solihull to lead compelling visual merchandising on the shop floor. You will steer displays and layouts to create a delightful, customer-focused shopping environment and drive sales growth through effective team coaching.

Responsibilities

• Be customer obsessed – consistently consider the impact of actions on the customer experience to deliver joyful experiences.
• Promote a culture of upselling and coach the team to guide customers to products they might love.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to support strong CSAT, ensuring a welcoming, helpful shopping experience.
• Maintain high energy by fostering team spirit, celebrating wins, and providing positive leadership.
• Plan each day clearly so the team knows what to do and why it matters.
• Check in with the team on wellbeing and career conversations and support store succession.
• Support leadership in engaging initiatives and bring the engagement plan to life.
• Take ownership and bring the team along through every step of the day.
• Be on the shop floor daily with the Store Coach to spot wins, fix snags, and keep days running smoothly.
• Grow the team by coaching and mentoring future leaders.
