Job summary

On is seeking a Store Advisor to be a key part of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store in the United Kingdom. You will guide customers through their shopping journey, manage stock levels, and help execute visual merchandising plans to enhance the in-store experience.

You will join a dynamic team focused on delivering a positive customer experience, maintaining store standards, and supporting daily operations with a proactive and collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in retail or customer service.
• Understanding of customer service excellence and ability to engage customers and provide effective solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and ability to provide constructive feedback to improve store processes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Assist with unpacking, back-stocking and organizing deliveries to ensure inventory is efficiently managed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in line with Health & Safety standards.
• Support daily tasks such as restocking shelves, updating displays and managing product flow.
• Contribute ideas for in-store events and community engagement to boost customer interaction.
