Tapi Carpets & Floors Limited in Bedford is seeking a driven store-based customer service advisor to join the Tapi family and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

You will handle orders, liaise with suppliers and fitters, manage diaries, and help customers from order to post-sale support. We offer training via the Tapi Academy, a strong team culture, and perks like a 25% colleague discount and cycle-to-work scheme.

Responsibilities

• Controlling all administrative activities across the store.
• Work together with your store team to wow our customers at every turn.
• Support Store colleagues to meet and greet customers as they enter the store.
• Provide top notch customer service, helping customers with their order completions and post-sales questions.
• Keep orders on track, regularly liaising with suppliers, fitters, and estimators.
• Oversee the diaries of our Home Consultants, Estimators and Fitting partners.
• Maintain control of company cash and daily banking.
• Liaising with customers to keep them updated on their order.
• Undertake stock takes and audits on a weekly basis.
• Always be on the lookout for new ways to improve our store and service.
