Job summary

Lidl GB in the United Kingdom is seeking a Deputy Store Manager in Luton to lead the team on and off the shop floor. You will manage cash processes, monitor stock integrity, and inspire colleagues while the Store Manager is absent.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, overseeing deliveries, and driving KPI performance. The role offers 38,000–46,000 per year, 30–35 days holiday pro rata, 10% in-store discount, pension, ongoing training, and opportunities for progression.
