Job summary

Lidl GB in the United Kingdom is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to lead the shop floor and back-end operations with calm authority. You will take ownership in the Store Manager’s absence and inspire colleagues to deliver great results.

You will manage cash processes, stock integrity, KPI performance and customer service while upholding Health & Safety standards. The role offers £38,000–£46,000 per year, 30–35 days’ holiday pro rata, a 10% in-store discount, a pension scheme and ongoing training.

• Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager.

• Diligently check and work deliveries, manage the till area and monitor KPIs.
• Be a friendly face for every customer, offering excellent service and helping with all customer queries.
• Competently comply with Health and Safety laws, standards and guidelines.
