Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Deputy Store Manager in the United Kingdom to lead the store floor and back-office operations. You will manage cash processes, stock integrity and motivate colleagues to deliver excellent service while the Store Manager is away.

The role offers a competitive salary (£38,000 - £46,000 per annum) with 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata), a 10% in-store discount and a pension scheme, plus ongoing training and generous family leave.

• Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager.

• Be a friendly face for every customer, offering excellent service and helping with all customer queries.
• Comply with Health and Safety laws, standards and guidelines.
