JD Sports in Stirling is seeking a Store Colleague to deliver a welcoming customer experience, help shoppers find products, and keep displays sharp. You’ll greet customers confidently and work on the shop floor to maintain high service and presentation standards.

In a fast-paced retail environment you’ll replenish stock, process transactions, use in-store technology, and follow health and safety rules, collaborating with colleagues to meet sales targets and keep the store running smoothly.

• Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers, providing support and product information where required.
• Responsible for achieving team sales objectives by identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products, and promoting complementary items.
• Maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Maintain high standards of presentation across the shop floor, ensuring fixtures, displays, and stock areas are clean, organised, and well maintained.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are available and correctly displayed in line with company standards.
• Complete operational tasks including processing transactions, cash handling, stock processing, and preparing deliveries.
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily store operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the effective day-to-day running of the store.
• Support with additional duties and tasks, as reasonably required.
