Role Overview:

Responsibilities:

1. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and understanding their needs.
2. Drive sales by utilizing in-store devices, offering the full product range, and maximizing add-on sales.
3. Maintain high visual and merchandising standards, ensuring the shop floor is clean, stocked, and displays are organized according to brand guidelines.
4. Support store operations by assisting in other departments, representing the company professionally, and following safety guidelines.
5. Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and card payments.
6. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
7. Keep stock levels high on the shop floor and ensure shelves are appealing and well-organized.
8. Address customer queries professionally and resolve issues promptly.
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets.

Role Objectives and KPIs:

1. Contribute to achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
2. Meet KPIs including Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT, upselling, and cross-selling targets.
3. Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
4. Ensure stock on the shop floor is fully replenished.
