Role overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide knowledgeable and seamless customer service to all customers entering the store.
  • Maintain clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and KPI targets by being knowledgeable about current trends, in-store promotions, and store processes.
  • Drive sales to meet and exceed targets.
  • Utilize in-store devices to showcase the full product range.
  • Offer alternatives and suggest add-on sales at every opportunity.
  • Replenish stock levels as needed, ensuring the full range is available on the shop floor.
  • Ensure proper pricing of products.
  • Deputize for other staff, work within departments, or carry out other duties as required.
  • Represent JD Sports professionally at all times.
  • Work safely and responsibly.
