Job summary

Space Station is seeking an organised and self-motivated individual to join our team. You will sell storage space, explain pricing options, and support daily store operations while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. The role includes volunteering 1% of working time for charity and requires regular weekend shifts.

Applicants should come from a sales or customer service background with good numeracy and a proactive attitude toward process improvements.

Qualifications

• Background in sales or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Sell storage space and explain features, benefits and pricing to customers.
• Achieve sales targets by handling inquiries, overcoming objections and closing sales.
• Review and prioritise daily tasks, manage contracts and debt chasing.
• Support back-office duties and keep site clean and prepared for next customer.
