Big Yellow Self Storage is recruiting a Sales Advisor to join our Bristol Ashton Gate store. You will assist customers, assess storage needs, and recommend solutions while helping the store run smoothly.

You’ll work 40 hours per week across a rotating pattern, with a guaranteed on-site role and a focus on delivering outstanding service, accuracy in records, and a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering friendly, professional customer service.
• Confident communication across face-to-face, phone and email.
• Ability to work as part of a supportive team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities
