Job summary

strukta Group Ltd. is seeking a Stockroom Co-ordinator at our Blythe Bridge depot in Meir (Stoke-on-Trent). You will ensure samples, promotional materials and stock are stored, maintained and distributed across departments.

The role offers Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with no evenings or weekends. Benefits include pension, free onsite parking, Perkbox access, health and wellbeing support, and a generous holiday allowance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in stockrooms, supermarkets or warehouses is advantageous.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills including Outlook and Excel.
• Willingness to learn and adapt as role evolves.
• Experience with stock control or warehouse management systems.
• Forklift Truck licence (or willingness to train).

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and check deliveries against delivery notes and purchase orders.
• Organise and maintain a tidy stockroom for products, samples and marketing assets.
• Track stock levels, update internal systems, and report shortages or replenishment needs.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer samples, promotional items and campaign packs.
• Coordinate distribution of materials to branches, customers and events.
• Liaise with suppliers, couriers and internal teams regarding deliveries and stock availability.
