schuh in Rushmere is hiring a Stockroom Assistant to handle deliveries, stockroom upkeep and customer service. You will assist with click & collect, price tagging, and stock management while delivering friendly service to customers.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience preferred
• Full training provided for the role

Responsibilities

• Process new deliveries and ensure stock is available for customers
• Maintain high stockroom standards
• Dispatch customer orders and manage in-store click and collect items
• Work to KPIs and personal targets
• Deliver high levels of customer service, greet customers and provide product knowledge
• Process payments, customer orders and reservations
• Stock management and shop floor merchandising
• Assist with opening/shutdown procedures
