• Customer service or retail experience preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills required
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and processes

Responsibilities

• Delivering the highest level of customer service, greeting customers and providing in depth product knowledge
• Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets
• Processing payments, customer orders and reservations
• Stock management and shop floor merchandising
• Maintaining high standards on shop floor and in back areas
• Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures
• Full training will be provided for the role
