Job summary

ionic Recruitment Ltd in Stockport is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a permanent role delivering construction projects from inception to completion.

You will lead site teams, manage subcontractors, monitor safety, quality, and costs, and maintain client and consultant relations to ensure on-time delivery.

This role requires a proven PM track record in construction, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry.
• Strong track record of delivering construction projects.
• Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Strong commercial and programme awareness.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from inception through to completion.
• Oversee site teams, subcontractors and project programmes.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress, quality and costs.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and internal teams.
• Identify and resolve issues to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety across projects.
