Job summary

System Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Construction Project Manager in Stockport to lead building projects from inception to completion. You will drive timescales, budgets, and quality, coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver on plan.

The role requires strong cost control, experience with construction software, and excellent reporting. A degree in Project Management or related field is preferred; CIOB membership is a plus.

As a Construction Project Manager you will manage day-to-day tasks overseeing building projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards by managing planning, scheduling, resource allocation, team coordination, client communication, safety, and compliance with regulations, bridging the gap between stakeholders like architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Proficiency in cost control and project cost management. Experience with construction software. Expertise in reporting processes. Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with project teams. Relevant degree in Project Management or a related field Membership in a professional organization such as CIOB is a plus.
