Manchester-based multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a varied portfolio of high-profile projects across the full lifecycle, from feasibility to handover. You will coordinate consultants, contractors and stakeholders and act as a key client contact with responsibility for delivery.

The role requires UK construction consultancy experience, independent project management of medium to large schemes, strong client-facing

Qualifications

• UK construction consultancy experience required.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage medium to large projects independently.
• Strong client-facing skills.
• MRICS/MAPM/MCIOB or progress towards qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from feasibility through to handover.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Manage client meetings and monitor risks.
• Support wider client relationships and contribute to business development.
