Shifts Available: Sunday-Thursday 06:00-14:30, Monday-Friday 06:00-14:30, or Monday-Friday 10:00-18:30

A satisfying role

You will motivate and develop a team of stock & inventory investigators, ensuring our multitemperature warehouse operates smoothly. You’ll be responsible for reporting on and managing aspects such as accidents, SOX compliance, team performance, and engagement. Additionally, you will collaborate with warehouse teams to develop strategies to reduce stock write-offs, helping to uphold high standards, satisfy customers, and ensure colleague safety.

What you bring to the role

Ideal candidates will have a background in warehousing and experience in driving team performance. Key qualities include:

• Utilizing reporting, data insights, and team feedback to improve processes
• Broad knowledge of warehouse management systems and stock reporting policies
• Ability to manage change and influence other departments to achieve shared objectives
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and food safety standards
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities
