Shifts Available: Sunday-Thursday 06:00-14:30, Monday-Friday 06:00-14:30, or Monday-Friday 10:00-18:30

Join us as an Inventory Team Manager and help us maintain the highest standards in our sector.

Role Overview

Motivating and developing a team of inventory investigators, you’ll ensure smooth operations in our multitemperature warehouse. You’ll be responsible for reporting on and maintaining standards related to accidents, SOX compliance, team performance, and engagement. Additionally, you will collaborate with warehouse teams to develop strategies to reduce stock write-offs, helping to uphold high standards, satisfy customers, and ensure colleague safety.

What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Experience in warehousing and driving team performance
• Skills in using reporting, data insights, and team inputs to improve processes
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and stock reporting policies
• Ability to manage change and influence other departments towards shared goals
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and food safety standards
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse groups of people
