Job description

We have an opportunity for a Stock & Systems Team Manager to join our Distribution Centre based in Runcorn.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday.

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for the efficient and accurate management of the site's inventory.
• Ensure the team is aware of departmental KPIs and targets; audit the team's PI process and filing when necessary.
• Manage the team to allocate resources effectively for project work and holiday cover.
• Train and develop the team to adopt a multi-skilled approach across all shifts.
• Collaborate with the Stock & Systems Manager to achieve maximum customer satisfaction in line with site KPIs.
• Ensure weekly resolution of UKG Stock colleague discrepancies before the pay run.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Ensure the team meets daily expectations.
• Respond promptly to internal and external stock queries.
• Report and log operational issues from other warehouse departments with supporting evidence.
• Maintain real-time stock inventory according to the PI process and analyze product layout optimizations.
• Support operations and other departments to resolve operational issues.
• Action all IWT requests as required.
