We have an opportunity for a Stock & Systems Team Manager to join our Distribution Centre. Based in Runcorn

This will be working full time Monday - Friday.

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the efficient and accurate management of the sites inventory.
  • Ensure the team are aware of the departments KPI's / targets. Where necessary Audit the Teams PI process and filing
  • Manage the running of the team so that resource is applied where necessary regarding project works or holiday cover.
  • Training and development of the team to apply a multi skilled approach across all shifts.
  • Working alongside Stock & Systems Manager to achieve maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with site KPIs - Working Together
  • Ensure UKG Stock colleague discrepancies are resolved weekly before pay run.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Ensure the team achieve daily expectations.
  • Respond to both internal and external stock queries in a timely manner with the team.
  • Report any issues from other warehouse departments in a timely manner and log all such issues with the team the relevant evidence to support.
  • Maintain real time stock inventory in line with agreed PI process, together with analysing the best solution for product layout on site.
  • Support the operation and other departments where required to resolve operational issues.
  • Ensure all IWT requests are actioned as required.
